Tomatin Tasting Notes: 

Nose: Charmingly sweet on the nose, with aromas of butterscotch, pear drops and rich notes from the Oloroso sherry butts.

Palate: Once on the palate, however, it is noticeably less sweet with more wood and malt influences coming through. You may pick up on some hints of clove and cardamom.

Finish: The finish is elegantly smooth and creamy, with just a touch of spice.
