Distilled at the now lost distillery of Karuizawa in Japan, this 1981 vintage single malt has been matured for 35 years in a single sherry cask before bottling in 2017. Presented at a natural cask strength of 56.5% abv, only 486 bottles were filled. A rare expression from a beloved and highly sought-after distillery!
