Nose: Sweet bourbon notes are overlaid with caramel, toffee and pistachio. This is heady stuff – big on sweetness, but without masking the hallmark aromas of Wolfburn’s award-winning whiskies.

Palate: Christmas cake and toffee apples meet Madeira wine – an absolutely stunning mouthful. Let the flavours unfurl and you’ll pick up soft nectarous and floral tones, all overlaid with a beautiful, decadent, creamy sweetness. 

Finish: It’s oh-so-sweet, with autumn fruits and vanilla gently fading away, leaving just a trace of caramel at the very end.
