Palate: Berries and cherries, orange zest, and roasted walnuts balance rich charred oak and leather. Delicate peat rests comfortably beside aromatic cooking spices.

Finish: Crunchie bars, dried currants, and poached pear bring things to a close, with light smoke and spice lingering.
