Wolfburn's Tasting Notes

Nose: Sweet autumn fruits mingle with heather, augmented by a hint of peat smoke. There’s a gentle nuttiness too, mingled with sweet tones redolent of demerara sugar and marzipan.

Palate: Allow it time to unfold and this dram has huge body. Floral notes abound and are accompanied by vanilla and light spices. There’s a creamy sweetness too, with suggestions of caramel and butterscotch.

Finish: Residual sweetness is accompanied by a tang of peat smoke to provide a spectacularly long, lingering finish.
