Nose: Elagantly rich with floral notes wafting up first, then with dried apricots and crystallised citrus peels and ginger. Freshly crushed vanilla pods and a good hint of warm oak.

Palate: Cinnamon, nutmeg, thyme and honey develops with floral notes further on. Sherried goodness surrounds it all wonderfully.

Finish: Sweet and warming with honey. Yum, Yum, Yum!!!
