Nose: Smokey, both industrial and wood, with water there are toffee notes and some honey sweetness, the more smoke. 

PALATE: Punchy peat and herbal notes, gives way to a much sweeter core, savoury sweet combination dominates, dark chilli chocolate, glace cherries and bonfire combo. Some oaky tannins but peat dominates.

FINISH: Long and smoky with some herbal notes.
