Nose: Thick toffee, heathery smoke then stewing quince, rum-soaked sultanas and mixed peels.

Palate: Initially dry, floral with notes of carnations, leading into sweeter notes of lemon meringue, grilled almonds, and light crème caramel fudge, with a hint of white pepper, nutmeg oak spices, and light coconut.

Finish: Lightly sweet and warm with subtle floral notes and malty flavours.
