Nose: Cinnamon and ginger complement rich fruitcake. Hazelnut, cocoa powder and cherries develop alongside a subtle herbal note.

Palate: Flavours of dark chocolate and stewed fruit combine with rich toffee. Notes of raspberry comes to the fore giving way to soft black pepper.

Finish: A medium-bodied nutty finish with toasted oak.
