Producer's Tasting Notes:

Nose: Fragrant lemon peel and ginger aromas combine with clove spice and a hint of dried tobacco. Rich fruitcake and milk chocolate notes come to the fore alongside subtle sweet demerara sugar.

Palate: Chilli spice gives way to flavours of dried banana and toasted almonds. Stewed red fruits lead to tart grapefruit zest, balanced by cracked black pepper.

Finish: Full with roasted coffee beans and sultanas.
