Nose: Notes of green fruits and apple peel, a little dark sugar and some notes of creamy chocolate with a little eucalyptus oil. Hints of granary toast emerge with melted butter. 

Palate: Full with notes of malt extract, juicy barely and cereal sweetness. There are notes of orange marmalade and heather roots with a developing dry oaken note.

Finish: Quite long and dry with a touch of bitterness on the tail.
