NOSE: Cinnamon with rich fruit cake, rum and raisin aromas,with orange zest and charred oak notes developing into a slight peppermint edge.

PALATE: Sweet and lightly spiced, soft fruit and Brazil nut flavours develop, which compliment the sweet Sherry character.

Finish: Long and balanced.
