NOSE: Light and fresh with subtle hints of beeswax polish. Delicate sweet Sherry aromas emerge and hints of ripe peaches and apricots.

PALATE: Burst of mouth warming chilli spices with hints of fresh raspberries. Some dark chocolate influences and a touch of mint emerge.

FINISH: Long and sweet.
