NOSE: Sweet with hints of toasted malt, aniseed, and ripe gooseberries and melon. Subtle Sherry notes with a hint of beeswax.

PALATE: Vanilla notes with hints of summer fruits, orange, and a lingering touch of charred wood.

FINISH: Long and drying.
