NOSE: Plump cherries, toasted walnut, crumbly pastry and lots of brown sugar. 

PALATE: Stewed fruits, sweet vanilla and some classic Orkney peat. A touch of spiciness, but not too much.

FINISH: Sweet, long and delicious.
