NOSE: Stewed orchard fruits, light notes of toasty oak and a bit of seaside fudge. Dark chocolate tart, with a little bit of blackcurrant syrup drizzled over it.

PALATE: Lots of chocolate and dark fruit on the palate, with a sprinkle of ginger and nutmeg. Continued toasty oak brings out vanilla and woody elements.

FINISH: A final hint of cacao and peachs.
