Nose: The smoke is soft, a little maritime with distant bonfires and lime. 

Palate: Black pepper, saline and wood smoke, with a little wood tannin and some sweeter toffee notes in the back ground.

Finish: Black pepper, smoke and salt with that citrus notes coming through in the end.
