Nose: Molasses and oily toffee, dates, walnuts, vanilla, toastiness & sweetness. We got lots of butter, zest, cool wood smoke, almond, and passion fruit.

Palate: First sweet honey, fruity, sherry aromas, spice, oak, above all enjoyable smoke.

Finish: Long finish; in the end big smoky flavors and sweetness.
