Nose: Rich aromas of beeswax, leads to red apple, orange peel, cut hay, wood oil, hint of smoke or aniseed.

Palate: Complex notes of cracked black pepper, gives way to milk chocolate, lime, walnut, stewed dark fruits, and rich toffee influenced by long-term sherry cask maturation.

Finish: Full bodied with subtle bonfire embers.
