Nose: Intense, elegant sherry, totally fresh, with cinnamon, berries, dried apricots and cherry candy. Toffee, with a hint of marzipan and honey. Candied ginger. Whiffs of polished oak. 

Palate: Robust with more spicy, figs and raisins, hints of peaches in syrup, orange liqueur and baked apple. Then pepper, cinnamon and musty leather. A little wood char. Chocolate and mint with a hint of gingerbread.

Finish: Medium, marmalade and honey, nutmeg and brown sugar.
