Nose: Grilled lemons and limes, crunchy green apples, creamy and fatty, with coastal rock pools and harbour air, cold smoked salmon and beach bonfire.

Palate: Prominent citrus notes to begin, lemon curd, lime juice then vanilla cream, some copper notes, with a slight metalic edge with woodsmoke.

Finish: Burnt logs, bonfire embers and some toasted marshmallows.
