Nose: Toffee, natural caramel, pepper, vanilla, rich malty notes. Whiffs of woodsmoke, honey, syrup dried fruit.

Palate: Really sweet attack, followed with pepper, raisins, nuts. Full-bodied, very silky mouthfeel.

Finish: With lovely vanilla, boiled sweet notes, cocoa, hazelnuts. Good length.
