Nose: Delicate and floral with aromas of Acacia honey, vinalla, wholemeal toast and mellow wood spice.

Palate: Sweet and honeyed with layers of Creme caramel and toasted almond with highlights of lemon zest and a grassy finish.

Finish: Notes of buttery oak, citrus peel fading into mellow cake spice linger.
